We built a platform that lets a suite of specialist AI assistants work alongside staff directly inside Microsoft Teams and email, rather than as a separate tool to learn. Each assistant has its own focus — tracking project budgets, surfacing data from business systems, preparing branded documents, processing sales information — but all of them share one dependable way of holding a conversation, so behaviour stays consistent and trustworthy no matter which assistant someone is talking to.

Underneath, a shared communication layer manages how messages arrive and how responses are delivered, so each assistant can concentrate on its own expertise instead of reinventing the basics. This gave the organisation a foundation it can extend with new specialists over time, backed by careful monitoring and review so that every assistant's actions stay visible, accountable and easy to improve.

We built a cloud data platform to bring information from a wide range of property, valuation and market-research systems into one governed, dependable source. The work included a metadata-driven pipeline framework so new data sources could be added consistently, with data moving through clear, layered stages that could be monitored, validated and extended as the organisation's needs grew.

Alongside the core pipelines, we added an AI-assisted document mining process that extracts structured details — such as lease terms and valuation figures — directly from source documents, and a conversational interface that lets staff explore investment data in plain language. Working closely with the teams who rely on this information day to day, we put in place access controls, validation and monitoring that give the organisation confidence in its numbers and a platform ready to keep growing.

We built a highly interactive force deployment and planning module for a NATO agency's web application supporting a member nation's military. Users could expand and collapse hierarchical rows to navigate complex plans, and edit values directly in cells using text fields, dropdowns or popup dialogs configured for each cell. The grid could contain tens of thousands of rows and several dozen columns, so our implementation of virtual scrolling was crucial to keeping the interface responsive as users moved through it.

The project involved periodic visits to secure facilities in The Hague and collaboration with NATO staff. We weren't permitted to interact directly with the military personnel using the planning tool, so interpreting the interface requirements called for care and sound judgement. We translated those requirements into practical navigation and editing behaviour suited to large, structured deployment plans.

We built a geographic property search and analysis platform for an investment team, bringing together hundreds of thousands of property records, market indicators and risk ratings into one interactive, map-based view. The work spanned a configurable data model, a streaming API layer, and pipelines that keep supporting datasets — from flood and crime risk to school quality — current and reliable.

The interface lets analysts filter and roll up properties by market, region and dozens of other criteria, then move fluidly between a map view, detailed data tables and embedded reporting without losing context. Secure sign-on brings everything into a single trusted workspace, giving the team a flexible foundation they can extend as new data sources, markets and questions arise.

We built a modular Excel add-in that lets an investment management team pull live data from multiple internal systems directly into the spreadsheets they already use for analysis. The work spanned a secure API layer, a shared data model and a growing library of custom functions that put trusted figures a formula away, alongside a dedicated module for entering and managing securities data.

We worked closely with the analysts and researchers who rely on the tool daily, shaping functions around how they actually build their models rather than around the underlying systems. Behind the scenes, single sign-on and permissions tied to existing organisational groups keep sensitive data properly scoped, while a consistent architecture across the add-in, API and database makes the system easy to extend as new data sources and modules are added over time.

We helped a large local authority in north London move away from a costly legacy document system, migrating ~10M documents and their metadata from OpenText Process360 into Farsight Vision (our document management and workflow system). Keeping the old platform running required substantial spending on software maintenance and specialist support, while replacing its servers was a major undertaking. Our specialist knowledge of Process360 helped us handle migration complexities and work around API quirks, enabling us to move the archive efficiently at this scale.

The web-based archive keeps documents organised into familiar worklists, with searches across individual lists or the whole archive using document attributes. Permissions at document type and worklist levels control who can access each part of the collection. Staff now have a faster way to find the records they need, and the council has a system that is much easier to administer. Built on standard web and database technologies, Vision also makes future moves to new servers simpler as hardware and operating systems change.

We delivered two live, web-based systems for housing departments at a large local authority in north London. Both were built on Farsight Vision (our document management and workflow system), with each tailored to the needs of a different department. We also imported records from DomDoc, whose software and servers were long out of support, using exports council staff prepared to a shared schema we devised from examining the source system.

Working closely with end-user staff, we shaped the document attributes and workflows around how each department handles its work. We integrated live document ingestion so existing records and newly received documents could be managed in one place. Staff can assign work to colleagues and share work notes alongside the documents, giving each department a shared workspace for coordinating day-to-day work.

We built an appointment scheduling and calendar display module for a web-based healthcare portal client in the United States. The module combined a calendar covering multiple people's schedules with drag-and-drop interaction to support day-to-day appointment management.

Overlapping appointments were normal in this shared calendar, so making them easy to distinguish was a central challenge. We designed the calendar rendering to keep concurrent appointments clear and readable, helping users understand the schedule even when several appointments occupied the same time slot.

Recurring appointments required careful design of both the interface and the database structures. We built support for exceptions to individual appointments and changes taking effect partway through a series, keeping the recurring pattern and its variations clear to users and consistently represented in the database.
